Jim was great! His communication is top notch, and he always found an answer to my every question. He gave a great rundown on every property we toured, what the area is like, what the house would need or could maybe handle for upgrades, and who would be competing for each particular listing. When it came time to write offers, he was very prompt; it seemed like he was already primed to write up the offer, just waiting for the green light from me and my wife. During the closing process, he made sure to check in and update often, giving advice whenever we needed it. He was a great advocate during the closing process. Truly, he was a great advocate through the entire home buying process!
